Come make friends and meet friends at our Day Centre. We will pick you up, provide a freshly cooked lunch and offer a range of activities to suit your interests.
We are open five days per week from 10am to 4pm. So whether you want to develop a hobby, exercise, or simply have a chat in good company, we are waiting to make you welcome.
To support those caring for people living with cognitive impairment or mild dementia we also offer our Livity Program two mornings per week. Livity is a small group program based on Cognitive Stimulation Therapy, (CST) the only non-drug treatment recommended by the National Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE).
You may get your Day Centre place sponsored by the Council or you may come as a private client.
Let us cook and deliver a delicious meal for you.
We provide a 5 day mobile meals service – Monday to Friday. This service provides a Caribbean meal direct from our kitchen to your home.
You get a two course nutritious meal including favourites such as: Oxtail, Brown Stew Chicken, Curry Goat, Steam Fish, Jerk Chicken. Our sides include favourites such as: Rice ‘n Peas, Fried Dumpling, Green Banana, Yam, Sweet Potato and Mac ‘n Cheese. Additionally, you get seasonal vegetables and a dessert.
Do you know someone living alone who may be feeling isolated or lonely?
Contact our volunteer befrienders who can telephone them regularly, visit them at home (post Covid), link them up with others, and show them how to take part in online events.
