We realise that most care in the community is provided by family, friends and neighbours. Such people are referred to as ‘informal carers’ and we believe that their needs and contributions should be recognised.
If this is you, or you know someone in this situation, we can help.
Our Carers Support Group meets every two months, with scheduled activities and outings arranged between meetings and is open to all carers.
“There’s no better feeling in the world than being able to make a positive impact on the community.”
“The environment is fantastic. The people are incredible and I always look forward to coming back!”
“I feel blessed to have made new friends and go to a place where I feel at home and looked after. The people here are amazing and I couldn’t be happier.”
We are always looking for volunteers.
We have volunteering opportunities for drivers, care assistants, administrative assistants, activity facilitators and fund raisers.
